Description
A prime compound of poultry feed manufacturing is maize which is the main energy source of the feed. Maize is well accepted as the king of feed ingredients. It is primary source of animal feed ingredient. About 50-60 % of maize production is used as feed ingredients. Although normal maize contains between 7-8 % protein quantity. Therefore, utilization of quality protein maize can correct this deficiency and may be advantageous in the diets of poultry livestock in particular.
